Wano is a done-for-you AI automation system for residential roofing contractors. We take over the parts of the business that eat owners alive — chasing old quotes, answering new leads fast enough to win them, asking for reviews and referrals — and run them automatically, inside the CRM and lead sources you already have.

We’re not trying to be everything for every trade. Wano is a focused, founder-led business — small on purpose, so every client gets a system built around how roofing actually works instead of a generic template stretched across a dozen industries.

A real, named business — not a faceless platform

Wano LLC is a single-member Missouri LLC based in Rolla, MO. There's no call center and no anonymous support queue — every client has a direct line to the person who builds and runs their system.

Compliance built in from day one

Every SMS workflow runs on carrier-reviewed A2P registration and TCPA-aware consent language, not bolted on after the fact. Full terms are published, not buried.

We plug into what you already run

Wano isn't an estimating tool, a CRM, or a generic AI receptionist widget. It's an automation layer that sits on top of the CRM and lead sources you're already paying for — always plug in, never replace.

Honest about where we are

We'd rather show illustrative, clearly-labeled numbers than dress up a placeholder as a real case study. Real results get published as real case studies on the results page — not manufactured for the sake of a homepage.
