Program Description

Wano LLC operates an SMS messaging program to send appointment reminders, lead follow-up, account notifications, and occasional promotional updates to individuals who have opted in.

How to Opt In

Users opt in by checking the consent box on a Wano form, by texting a keyword to our number, or by providing their number and agreeing to messaging during a business interaction.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.
